Where is the VBA code stored

I have a Excel VBA program that I need to distribute to my customers, Is it possible to save the VBA portion of a worksheet and allow others to load it into an existing work sheet?

    Thanks,
    Bob

    Hi Bob,

If you're just wanting to send the small text file that contains the VBA code then just go into the VB environment with Alt-F11, find the module that contains the code and from the VB menu choose File, Export file and save it in the usual way.

In the alternative, you could ceate an add-in and email that to them. They'd stick it in a directory and then install it in the usual fashion.

You can protect the VBA project in an add-in, just as in any other workbook.
