I have a combobox that is meant to pick up names from sheet1 starting from cell c2 and ending where ever it needs to as it will be an expanding list. For some reason it starts picking up information from cell c4. I can't seem to work it out. Any help appreciated.

Your formula for "FirstFiled" was starting at $C$4. It should start at $C$2. here is the corrected formula=OFFSET(Sheet1!$C$2,0,0,COUNTA(Sheet1!$A:$A)-1,3)

That's because your dynamic range name 'FirstField' is set to start in C4 and not C2.
