Compare Sheets and Add and/or Delete as needed

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet where I would like to compare Sheet 1 with Sheet 2 and Insert or Delete Rows based on the Order # Column. I will be using VLOOKUP for the other column information to populate them.

I have attached a sample, does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

I did not get any responses on my first question. So let me modify. Is there a way to compare the two sheets and populate a 3rd sheet with any differences?
