feeding user form information into worksheets

I am new to the world of Excel and I am trying to sort out the attached worksheets. I have managed to create all my Macros and Formulas but i am stuck on 2 things.

* Front sheet First User form, Once I have filled in the user form and saved it the first input from the form saves into (Requests Fullfilled tab) row 2 and works down, I need this to save into row 3 and then work down.

I would really appretiate some help from anyone.
I have attached the worksheets.

To put data into the first empty row (based on the data in column A) this suffices:
