I have an excel sheet with a pull down tab. I am looking for a VBN code that can search column N for SC ( stable conditions) Look at the time stamp in column B of that same row. Then take that Time stamp to another sheet (XRF DATA) find that same time (or close) and export the row number of the time found to a specific cell.

I have made a sample sheet to help.
From log sheet column E find SC (stable conditions). (Sample E7)
look in column A at the time SC was attained.( Sample A7)
Go to Sheet XRF Data find the time( or <) in Column A under the reformatted time.
Return Row # In Tools A3
The Time comes in that reformatted view hopefully that does not cause issues.
