Drop down List in drop down list

Hi I have been trying to come up with a way to have a Drop down List that wend i pick from that list that go to a sub list that i can pick form to populate the cell. What i have is marble tops that have 5 design and each design has 10 size to pick form. What I would like to do is pick the design and that go to list that will have the sizes of the tops to populate the cell. I would like this all to happen in one cell. ( I don't need the design to show up in the cell) Do you know how I can make this happen.

What kind of drop down list are you thinking of?

What are you planning to do with the selections?

What i what to do is pick a name from the list (drop down list) and that name pull up a list with sizes that will populate the cell but i what to do it all in one cell if it can be done.
