Getting rid of the enlarge scrolling bar at the bottom of a form (Excel 2007)

How can I get rid of the bar at the very bottom that contains a horizontal scrolling bar (and everything else too) that allows a user to enlarge how the worksheet appears? (see attached)

I feel blessed to have been answered by the great and powerful Andy Pope. It seems like I often get redirected to older posts of yours for some of my questions. I have another post out there that deals with getting rid of the "maximize" option in the upper right hand corner. I utilized a solution you provided in an older post, but without success.
