Folder Permission

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I have been searching for a solution on my scripting problem and I happen to find this forum.
I'm not too sure if this is the correct forum where I should be posting this, please point me to the correct direction if you could.

What I need is to get File Permissions on folders. And right after that display it all in an Excel sheet. Can the Macro on excel do these?
I just want to have a summary of users who has access on certain folders that i will provide.
Maybe on A1 cell i will put the folder path and then all the members will be displayed.
