    merging data to a form

I have a spreadsheet with a couple of thousand options (handrail parts) that I want to be able to select quantities of, and have them incorporated into another spreadsheet that will calculate the labor fees associated with these parts, all printable on an existing form. I would need 4 cells (product, model, size & qty to copy to the 'master sheet' without creating a form that is 200 lines long. How do I do this?

I'd also like to be able to use drop down menus to link to the specific page in the workbook, can I?

It would be best to attach an example. You might be able to simply use VLOOKUP formulas
    Hope that helps.

Re: merging data to a form

I appreciate the thought but that does seem to be a solution better served for small scale, unless I'm just not getting the concept. It needs to look through 100 separate spreadsheets, determine a positive value in a QTY cloumn, then copy the horizontal values to an ORDER sheet, but ideally from a drop down menu of style, species, and size.

Using Access seems helpful, but the coordinating data from pull down to order seems to be a month long project. Business is slow, but I'd be out of my mind by the end of the month.
