paste an image into an activecell comment

Need a little help...
Need to perform the following steps. Im good with everything except the "pasting from clipboard" bit...

1. Press "Print Screen" which copies an image to the clipboard
2. select a particular cell in Excel.
3. activate the macro...
3.a. creates a comment (i have this)
3.b. inserts the current users name and performs carriage return (i have this)
3.c. pastes the image from the clipboard(i do not have this)

I do not want to link to a file, I just want to quickly be able to "print screen", paste the screen capture into a comment box of a pre-selected cell.

Thanks for the response Andy, I am working on the logic behind it. I have done some work with using Excel with Project, Word and Outlook. But the OLE references are new to me.
