Question Save As & If File Exists Option Macro

I have created a workbook for my weather station graphing Temp, Rainfall, Wind & Wind Turbine Power Generation. I started this project about 6 Months ago which is when I started playing around with Excel.
I have a couple of questions with regards to a Module which I have not been able to resolve and hope that some of the experts out there will be able to help out a newbie in distress.
    1) The Save As does not check if there is a file with that name and give me the option to overwrite. (I have tried various methods but when I get the thing working it creates other issues)
    2) By Default the newly created Workbook should be directed to a Sub-Directory off where the Application was run called “Data Files” (The PathName of the Application may vary depending on which PC it is on)
    3) When the Sheets are copied to the new Workbook, they have to delete the copied Data from the copied Worksheets from Ranges (“B6:U1495”) and (“V5:AB1495”). The reason being is that I still wish to keep the Titles and Layout the same as the Worksheets on the Application for Import the Data, as this part works fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

@badcomau, welcome to the board, however, please note that your post does not comply with Forum Rules.

More specifically please always use code tags around code. Posting code without them makes your code hard to read and difficult to be copied for testing.

For more information about these and other tags, see here

Given first post etc I have on this occasion modified your original post on your behalf.
