Red face Macro to filter info and create PDF

    Hello to you all...

I am very new to Macro's and am so fascinated with the whole concept of it!

I really need your help guys..

I need to create a Macro which will filter and pick up the information (attached) by 'Row B' and create a new book and dump the information and then save as 'Supplier ID and Name of Institution' in a folder. for this example I don't mind a temp file, which I could later change.

The macro should continue until the last row, in this case 'Row 31'

at the same time, if possible, create a PDF with the same data.

I know this is a massive request, but I genuinely am a newbie to this guys, some of you guys may find this easy, but I really need your help.

I hope you can help me with this guys. Thank you all so much in advance.

    Merry Christmas to you all!

Your example shows all items in column B as different, will this allways be the case?
I am mentioning this because you have in your title "filter".

    Hi Dave,

Thank you for your prompt response..

Yes... the number in Row B will always be different.

The idea is that the macro takes each supplier ID and copy's the information into a new book saving it with its own 'supplier ID' and 'name of institution', until the list is finished.

Please accept my ignorance in advance, I may not have used the correct terminology..

please do not hesitate to ask me any questions which will help you clarify the situation.

    Thank you...
