You can try the following steps
1 Filter Header 7 for blank cells
2 Select the visible cells in Header 8 (Ctrl+G->Special->Visible Cells Only)
3 Release the filter
4 In the Active cell of selected cells (Here H6 for example) give
the formula refering to upper left cell (here =G5)
5 Cntrl+Enter to save the formula to all the selected cells together

Similar to Johns,
You can just select the column with the blanks and press F5>Special>Blanks then follow Johns directions
Thanks all,
but when i press Cntrl+Enter, excel calculate to whole cell..and it's too long excel to calculate it (it written "Filing") or sometimes excel will hang.
maybe there is other way?
