How to update the Annual leave calendar

Hello,

I have found an annual leave calendar and i want to modify it a little bit. so, when the date "from" and "to" is fill, the employee code to be marked in the calendar colored and the leave days computed taking into account the weekend days.
could you help me, please?
any help is really appreciated
