Copy header & footer with pictures & text

Hi,

I've had a look through previous threads regarding header & footers and can't find what I'm after. Basically, I need a macro to copy a header and footer from one workbook to another.
Original workbook is called "Header & Footer". This workbook might have several tabs - UT, MS, CA, all with different headers & footers. If the UT tab is the active sheet, I want the macro to copy the header and footer from this tab to all other open workbooks which contain tab called "Invoice to Client". Likewise, if MS tab is active sheet, I want the header & footer from this tab to be copied to all other open workbooks which contain tab called "Invoice to Client".

Attached are two sample files to assist.

Would very much appreciate anyones help on this. Thanks.
