Arrays and listbox

Hi,

Would be grateful if someone could help me.

I have a spreadsheet with 5 columns and lots of rows... (15622)

I have built a userform which filters the spreadsheet based on the criteria set.

I have a listbox in the form which I want to update when using the filters in the form.

I understand I have to set an array, never done that before and only been using vba for a week, so if someone can help me that would be great...

I have started with the following :
