    SERIOUS issues, Watersev?

    I've been having SERIOUS issues with my Excel sheet this morning for the last 3+ hours. Has NOTHING to do with the help I've gotten on this board. Watersev who has helped me the last two days has been GREAT!! His programming within macros, I'm starting to understand now compared to conditional formatting with other code that is really causing havoc on my sheet..

    Here is what I've finally figured out. Watersev's code in a macro is FANTASTIC. My problem is that after running Watersev's program, I copy and paste those results into another sheet that has conditional formatting code on it along with other code to make my COMPLETE SHEET! Its two steps to the complete sheet.

    The problem is that TODAY when I tried to copy and paste into this other code heavy sheet that the sheet was unresponsive. It would not allow me to paste into the other conditional formatted sheet. Its been a real mess today!! , lol.... I've figured out what I need to do to resolve this...

    There are 2 codes written in a conditional format below that need to be changed into a macro type of code to ease the stress on the sheet and make it more responsive.

    Code 1- =AND(H1>=LARGE(IF($B$1:$B$250=$B1,H$1:H$250),2),H1<>"")

    This above code needs to be changed to a code in a macro. Its applied to columns- H,K,L,N,O,Q,U,V,X. It returns the top 2 highest values and makes the color yellow.

    Code 2- =AND(R1<=SMALL(IF($B$1:$B$250=$B1,R$1:R$250),2),R1<>"")

    This above code needs to be changed to a code in a macro. Its applied to columns- I,R,Y It returns the top 2 highest values and makes the color Sea Green.

    If I could just get the above done that would be great. That would change the formatting code into a macro code which wouldn't bog down the sheet, i think! Then I can copy and paste into the other sheet and it would be responsive.

    There's more if possible-

    It would be nice to have one sheet and not have to do coping and pasting into another sheet. As you can see on the result sheet there are additional columns, AB,AC,AD,AE,AF,AG.....also, AL, AM...

    I'm not sure if this can be done? Notice on the beginning sheet there are no columns, AB,AC,AD,AE,AF,AG and the other two AL,AM

    But on the results sheet these extra columns need to line up to the columns on the main sheet. This make a complete sheet! At that point there is nothing further to do, its done!

    I'm not sure if the above is possible? Let me know? If it is possible the macro button would also need to be moved out of the way.

    Thanks for looking. Let me know if any questions and or if the second part is doable?
