    User form to populate fields of Report/pivot table

    Hi all

    I have an excel sheet with the columns- name, age, marital status, education etc.
    I wud like to make a userform that allows user to select age, marital status ( ie the filters) and create a report/pivot table based on the selected fields.
    kindly help .
