Excel 2011 querytable code

PLEASE HELP !!!!
I run the following macro on several spreadsheets using Office 2003 or 2007 on windows to refresh the data in the spreadsheet with a new .tab file from our intranet server. I need to do the same thing with a Mac using Office 2011 but this code doesnt work. Can anyone show me what i need to change to use this for my Mac user.

Mac Excel does not have a web query option, I'm afraid.

Check out Fusion by VMWare. I'm using it as we "speak".

Or Parallels. Or Virtualbox which is free. Or use boot camp to dual boot. For all you will need licensed copies of Windows and Office.

I'm not a MAC enthusiest...but two of my children are. I developed some applications they wanted to run (Budgeting, Garage Sale, Library, etc).. Long story short...I bought a MAC, researched Virtual Machine software and settled on Fusion. Bought 4 copies of it...1 for me, 2 for the "misguided" children and 1 for my "misguided" former wife.

That's been about 2 1/2 years ago. I currently do ALL my development on the MAC. I only use the PC when my 7 year old Grandson commandeers the MAC. I've 'gotta tell ya...knock on wood, it's performed flawlessly.

I've NEVER operated on the MAC side...don't know how...don't care to learn.

Try the following code modification. Instead of using TEXT, use URL. Some of the properties are not available, so I disabled them with '

The following should work to bring the query into a querytable as a web query.

An alternative would be to use TEXT as you originally proposed. To use TEXT you would use a file path, not a URL.
