Double Text in Cell with Combo Box

I have a combo box that is linked to a cell. When the text is selected from the list, it displays the text from my list in the cell like I want it, but it also displays the text from the combo box. See attached for view. Can I stop the text from the combo box from displaying, but still use the combobox?
