a new record function of sorts

    Hello,

I've come to a bit of a dead end and hoping someone can help me out here.

    Info:
I have a spreadsheet with many tabs that each tab i owned by a different group and my group has to see various columns of each tab and update to various columns on many of those tabs. I've added a tab that displays each field and their value my group needs from the other tabs and writes back to specific columns with our comments/questions.

    Problem:
Because the tab i created only shows 1 record at a time (that's the way my group has to review them) i'm trying to find a way to move to the next record of data....meaning once we have reviewed the first row (coming from the first row of each tab) we could move onto the 2nd row, then 3rd, etc, etc. Basically each reference lookup would need to increase the active row by 1.

It's very similar to the next record concept but this is incrementing the actual reference lookup row number for each field.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

    Hello stumptown,

    Welcome to the Forum!

To better illustrate your problem, you should post your workbook. It will make clear what you are referring to in your post. You should also include before and after examples of the data and the intended results you expect.
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

The tab 'Form' just uses cell references to display one row of information from the tab 'Spreadsheet', but in a vertical format. What I am wanting to do is have a button on the bottom that runs a macro to advance each cell reference to the row below it. A2 would go to A3, B2 to B3, etc. I can get close with the VB I've researched so far, just not all the way. Any help would be appreciated and the file is attached. Thanks.
