Counting Based on Date

First of all thank you to everyone who helped me get this far already.

After much tinkering and searching around, I am still having some problems with my formulas.

I have a few different formulas which I am unable to get the results I want, I think it would be easier to understand if I attach an example. I've added comments on S1-U1 for what I want to accomplish on S2-U2

Thank you for any help on this matter!

It would help if we knew the expected results, however:

It's not clear if all LJSNR entries would have "X" where ID is the same - have assumed this is not always the case

Generally speaking it's a good idea to provide samples that cover a variety of outcomes - in your sample you have no "X" values and all dates fall within start/end and none <30 greater than start.

I apologize, I cut the size of my document so I could upload a smaller size and I didn't even think to include all examples. But I really do appreciate your help! All formulas seem to be working great. Thank you very much.
