opening object when text in cell is red

I have this code in an excel worksheet which opens a word dcoument when you double click a certain cell (In this instance A1 or A3).
What I would like this code to do is open the doc only if say the text in the cell is red.

    Thanks

How is the red colour achieved? Conditional Formatting or Format->Cells?

    Does the posted code work?

Yes the code seems to work ok.
The text color is format is by the cell eg cell would be highlited by the user & assign the appropriate font color from the excel menu
