Delete worksheets when certain time has lapsed (auto run)

Hello all! New to the forum here and I have a question.

I am trying to write a macro which will auto run and delete all worksheets and/or data from the book if the current date/time is past a user defined date/time.

I have read several threads so far about similar situations, but i have been unsuccessful in combining them all in a workable macro

How do you want to run this, check when the workbook is opened or closed?

Deleting sheets is a bit final, why not hide them?

I would like it to run at open. A file copy will be kept electronically and the macro will only be in certain copies. Delete is def. the way I would like to go. I am trying to provide a brief look to external sources without giving them an extended time to replicate.

So do you want to delete the sheet say 10 minutes after opening?

Prob delete 2 days after opening. I would like to have it tied to a user defined cell which will be hidden from view. The user before sending out could specify the view time
