select open source and destination workbooks from list to copy and paste data between

I am trying to create a macro which will paste data from an open workbook into another open workbook.

The workbook filenames will always change, so , so I was hoping to run a macro that will provide a list of open workbooks, ask for a selection by number to copy worksheet data from, then ask again which open workbook to paste this worksheet data into.

Can this be done?

I've made it through the first step (list open workbooks, select by number, and copy from worksheet) but I am having difficulty making the next step (list open workbooks, select by number, and PASTE to worksheet)

'...and this is where I get stuck. How do I again show a list of open 'workbooks so that I can select the workbook & worksheet I would like to 'pate the data to?
