Copy Entire Row & Paste in First Empty Row On The Same Sheet

Hello,

I have been searching for days now to figure out how I can copy a row in my worksheet (in this case row 7, which I have hidden) and paste it's exact contents, formulas, and formatting into the next available empty/blank row on the same sheet. Now the sheet is locked so I'll need it to unlock do this function, then lock itself after, and if I can run my userform macro right after it does the copy I would be extremly pleased.
