Displaying data in the correct order???

I have had help with this whole program, so after each addition, I find something else I want to add. I'm sure all the guys helping me are fed up with my inexperience. Sorry to all.

Here is what I have and what I want:

I would like to take the fastest times and rank them in order from 1-???(however many are entered) and display that information under the Ranked Results heading. Then I would like to display the first 8 of the ranked under the Finals heading. All the info such as contestant, school, and time should be moved to the ranked results. I don't know how to use macros, so i would rather not use them.

attached is what i have so far.

This formula-based approach uses a "positional" method to break ties, so the first two items in the RANKED RESULTS show 4th and 5th instead of just 4th and 4th.

As per forum rules, private messages are not for thread discussion. Include your comments here in the original thread.
I like what you have done, but I don't think I explained myself very well. If you have the time, maybe I can try to explain to you EXACTLY what I am looking to get out of this program. If not, its not a big deal. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance,

The solution given matches your original requirements... a formula based listing of the top 8 times from all heats.

If you're going to change this, don't keep doing it. Think this through one last time and make sure you've got the needs fully demonstrated on your sheet.

Include a manually mocked of set of results, too, if the solution given got it wrong somehow, let us SEE your intended goal.
