Excel 2010 VBA & Copying From Multiple Sheets

Hello all,

I will admit right away, I am not a great VBA/Excel programmer. But what I am looking to do seems pretty simple, just not for me. Currently I have Sheets 1, 2, and 3. and I need to reference/copy data from Sheet1 to Sheet3 then Sheet2 to Sheet3 and repeat this over and over until i have gone through every item on sheet1 that is also on sheet 2.

If you look at my attached file, you will see that I am trying to get everything on Sheet 3 to end up finally looking like Sheet4 (added for you to see).

Can any one please help as I am completely lost here.

Please if anyone can at least direct me in the directions i need to go and then I can try and come back for more help.
