    keeping stats-breaking records

I keep a spreadsheet of various website stats. I would like an indicator (i.e color change), when a particluar column hits a high or low. What is the easiest way to do this?

    Thanks

conditional formating, see example, change values from 1 to 5, see Excel help for details.
The max value set to 5, though you can also use function to find maximum value and highlight it
