Sorting the sheets

Hi

I have a work book with a lot of sheets.
I want to be able to sort it by making a list of the sheet names and having them sort in that order. I know almost nothing about how to do this and was wondering if anyone could get me started in the right direction. I take it I'll needs some fancy macro to do this
