    CDN/US closing exchange rates today to 5 yrs ago

    Anybody know where I can find the "CLOSING" foreign exchage rates and export to excel. I couldn't find any websites with export-able rates.

    Yes, that website is good. However, it only displays daily averages. I'm looking for the closing rates at the end of the day.

    Technically, there is no closing rate as it goes on 24 hrs a day.

    Try http://www.bankofcanada.ca/en/rates/exchange-look.html I don't know if it will go back 5 years though.


    EDIT: The BOC rates go back to 2001 so it will definitely cover what you are asking for.

    Yep, thats the website i've been using. My problem is updating the data to the current date. I'm trying to do this using the XML format. Hopefully it works. We will see.
