Macro to update workbook based on some value of another workbook

Hi,

I want a macro that will update an existing workbook based on some value present in some other workbook.

Explanation;

Please check the attachments 1) Before_Macro.xls and 2) After_macro.xls

I want a button on Before_Macro.xls. This button will insert a new row in After_macro with the value present in Before_Macro.xls (where Condition column in TRUE). Please note that the existing value of After_macro should be preserved.
