    Change format (Fill color)

What I'm trying to do is change the fill color of the cells in column "E" acording to the color and days in column "C". I would like to do this with a formula rather than a macro if it can be done. Thanks

    Hi
Why don't you use conditional formatting with a datediff formula?

    See attached.

On the 'Home' tab, click the Conditional Formatting button, then select 'manage rules' to see the conditional formats.
