Moving Row from One Sheet to Another Based

    Hi Everyone

I'm new to this forum and to Excel. I'm looking for a way to have rows move from one sheet in a workbook to another based on the "status" that's represented in column K. I know there have been questions like this asked before, but I can't figure out how to alter the VBA for my workbook.

I'd like for the entire row to move from "Open Search Detail" sheet to "Closed Search Detail" sheet when the status is either "Complete" or "Will Not Complete." If it can retain the conditional formatting that would be great too. It would be best if it can be cut and pasted rather than just copied... and I don't want it to delete information already on the destination tab. I've attached the spreadsheet for reference.

Thanks in advance for any help!
