condetional copy from tow columns to anothers

am working with a data in coulmn E and want to move only the cells with data to column i....
i have a code for macro that work only for 517 cells of column E_ i think somthing wrong with the code_ and sometimes i have more than 1000 of cells data so this macro wouldn't help very much
now i want the macro to move also the value of reference from column B and put it in column H so i can know the reference number of each value in coulomn i.....and without that i will be confused.......hope for some help and thanks
