Exclamation Populate a Combo Box based on the selection of another Combo Box

I am in need of some help. I have some information on millages rates by city and then by school district. Each city has specific school districts that apply.

Therefore, I would like to create one combo box that populates all the city/townships in it. Based on the selection you choose for that, I want a second combo box to populate which school districts apply to that specific city or township. Finally, once you choose the school district, I want to display the millage rate that corresponds to that school district and city/township.

An example of what I mean:
    Macomb Township Chippewa Valley 27.5813
    New Haven 26.9313
    Clinton Township Chippewa Valley 36.2891
    Mt. Clemens 39.8418

I've seen some previous posts about a similar problem, but I am rather new to this so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Alan. I did manage to get my table to work. It was a pain however due to the length of some of the cities and getting the references to work correctly.

Still kinda curious as how to do it using combo boxes and VBA.

Do a search on google "Excel Combo boxes and VBA" I'll wager you get lots of hits.
