Auto loop pivot table rows at a time

    Hi guys

I have created a pivot table and i would like to know how to create a macro to loop through each row at a time.

For example, only auto select each name at a time under the 'Name' heading in the pivot table.

    Please see attached doc.
I hope the example is clear enough for you to understand.

    Thanks in advance.

John, you can certainly work through Pivots in that manner but first it might be an idea to outline the entire process you're envisaging
Iterating and selecting each row doesn't make a great deal of sense.

    Hi DonkeyOte

I send weekly reports to the management team and when I do the report it takes one whole day to go through the pivot table. I am trying to automated the whole report. therefore, the macro would help if it can loop through 50 different entries in the pivot table and send the report individually.

Any referral or help would be great, thanks
