Country of Origin pull down to pull over

Dear All,

My boss seems to think I'm some Excel guru, and has set me on a task that i cant for the life of me figure out.

I have a country of origin list that i have compiled so its on page 2 of this document (A column is country code such as US, GB, MX... Column B is the full name of the country)

What i need it to do, is have the user select the countries US, MX, KR, IT from a pull down filter on the second page, and have the name of the country be pulled over after a statement

Statement .............................................. Formula
All Products are products of: United States, Mexico, Republic of Korea, Italy

How would i get this done, as i have tried and failed at VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.

Hello j0k3rk1ll3r,

Welcome to the Forum!

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
Sincerely,
Leith Ross

Remember To Do the Following....

1. Use code tags. Place
before the first line of code and
after the last line of code.

This may not be a hard problem, if we understood it.

Click on the "Go Advanced" below the message area. Then on the Paper Clip Icon to attach a sample file showing what you need.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.
