subtract values in a column

Hello all,

in my workbook i have values between 0-3 in column D on sheet 3.
When i press the subtract button i was hoping to then subtract 1 from each value in column D and when any value reaches 0 to put "Free" in the cell.

I am not very good with VBA.

But i have changed the code and when i debug it the values seem to be
changing as required in debug mode.
but when i go back to sheet and press subtract still nothing happens.

I wonder what i am doing wrong.
