Full Screen in Smaller Window

Hi

I have a workbook, when I open it I want the following to occur automatically - I've been searching but have no idea how to do it...

1. Change the view to fullscreen mode
2. Remove the column and row labels (so the view is effectively just the spreadsheet)

Ideally, I'd like to retain the full screen view but be able to change the size of the excel window (perhaps be able to specify the size of the window).

Any ideas??

To do this you will need to fake full screen mode by hiding all the toolbars and other elements that are removed in full screen mode and then restore them. The toolbars are the trickiest bit as everyone can have different ones displayed so you would need to run through them and make a list on a hidden worksheet of those that are visible while hiding them and then run through the list to make them visible again.
