    VBA for connecting to C++

    Hey all,
    This is somewhat a vague question. I have a work project I have been assigned. The easy part is gathering a bunch of the users data. The hard part is writing it to a very specific structured text file. This will be MUCH easier if I can utilize a co developers C++ objects, becaues they already do this. In short a colleage has 10 or so C++ functions that I can use and will make my job much easier. I need to take data from the spreadsheet and simply pass it to these C++ objects. I was advised to do a few searches on using a "Wrapper" which would be C.O.M or Variant or Automation. C.O.M stands for Component Object Model. Anyone done something like this? Can VBA be manipulated to use C++ objects?
