    Copy/Cut/Paste Between Worksheets Macro

I'm working on a spreadsheet to keep track of the progress of several projects that I'm working on. Through the use of Google I've come across some similar Macros for what I'd like to achieve, but seeing as how I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to this I've had trouble adapting them to fit my specific needs.

As you can see in the attachment, the main page has individual projects sorted by completion percentage. What I would like to have happen is as follows:

    1. Say a beat is showing 100% completed in column K on the main 'InProgress' sheet. I would like to have it automatically cut and paste the entire line (ex: A3:M3) to worksheet 'Complete'.

    2. From there I will have a drop-down menu on the end of each line (once I create column N) that will include the names of the other worksheets (The Vault, WTHV, etc) and would like to, when one of them is selected, have it copy and paste the entire line to that spreadsheet as the newest result (line 3, bumping all prior entries down a row).

Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.

Also, is there a way to modify my autosort macro that I'm currently using, so that if there is a date in the deadline field it sorts those at the top in date order (instead of %) and then the rest by the current standard?
