add a second layer to multipage control on userform

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to create a userform with a "multi layer" multipage control. Something like the dialog box found on this website (which has nothing to do with me, just find it on my GIS for dialog box).

I am approaching 10 pages on my multipage control so I'd like to display them without having to use the scroll arrows on the form...

any ideas?
