macro need to be created to remove the duplicates from the cell andkeep cell as blank

Please help me with the below query

I would like to create a macro which will delete the duplicates from colomn N and keeps the deleted cell as blank

For eg

macro should delete the duplicates from the cell and keep the cell blank as above.
Please help me urgently as its a part of the project in my company ,inspite of several attempts iam not able to create the macro which will keep the deleted duplicate cell blank.
only thing is to remove the duplicated from the cell and keep that cell as blank
