Insert row every 10 lines

Hi,

I am looking for a way to reformat data into a report which ranks the total values and sub totals them into Top 10, Top 20 etc. I have attached a simple sheet an example of the type of output I am looking for.

I am quite happy importing the raw data filtering and ranking it and thougth I should be able use some kind of loop to enter a row and the formulas to total the first 10 rows and every subsequent 11 rows. Unfortunately I do not have the ability or the knowledge to work it out!

The number of rows can vary from 16 to over 800.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The example file should show BEFORE/AFTER example sheets.

Also, the BEFORE would be a better sheet if it showed the state of the data when it first imported and had more than the required top 20 rows, a 30+ row example would be better.

Sorry about that I was just trying to keep it simple.

I have attached a new version which shows the raw report in the Val tab. I have a Total tab which uses the total to calculate the % and counts the number of holdings. I then filter the Val tab by the different Regions in Col A and copy & paste into the Ranked tab for reformatting.
