Resize and Rename a Range in UDF

I have a UDF where a range is one of the entries. To execute the calculations in the UDF I need that range (table_array) and a second range (Date_Range) that is the same size as the first range except only 2 columns wide (Note; The first range is 4 columns wide) My code looks like:

So how do I resize table_array to the same number of rows and only 2 columns and reame it Date_Range?
