Column Range with date Format MM/DD/YYYY independate of sys date Format

Dear All

I'm new to Ecel Programming

I need to put a validation in column of Excel
with Date format(MM/DD/YYYY) independent of System Date ..

The column accept on Date in MM/DD/YYYY no matter what is system date format.

One more thing . How to search your Thread in this Forum, because i m posting this thread post 2nd time , i dont know where is 1st Thread i posted Earlier.
