Hide/unhide sheets based on user names and passwords

Hello guys
I am trying to unhide all sheets except empty sheet 1. The user should be able to see (unhide) and work only on their sheet. When they are done the sheet should hide. The manager should be able to see (hide and unhide) the entire workbook. Nobody should be able to view or change code. Help is really appreciated
