    Conditional Formatting 2 Columns

Is there a way to do conditional formatting on 2 columns? For example

a cell in Column A is highlighted if it's greater then Column B and a cell in Column B gets highlighted if it's greater then in Column A ??

Sure but you would need to set them up separately.

Highlight column A and in conditional formatting use:

    - Formula Is...=A1>B1
    - Set your format

Highlight column B and in conditional formatting use:

    - Formula Is...=B1>A1
    - Set your format

But I would need to do that for every cell? I have about 400 rows..

Nope, just select all the the cells in column A and use the formula I gave but change it to reflect the first row in your range and then do the same for column B.
