Run Macro on one sheet when another is changed

I have a macro that I am trying to run on Sheet 2 when Sheet 1 is changed. I tried to do this as a Worksheet_Change event but can not seem to make it work. Here is the macro that should look at rows in Sheet 2 when Sheet 1 changes.
